Today, we took a little day trip with the Chapman’s to Palomas Mexico. Jim needs to have his teeth cleaned and thinks he may need a crown…..so, where do you go around here to get dental work done……..MEXICO. They quoted him $200.00 to do the cleaning and have the crown made! So, Wednesday morning we are heading back across to have the work done.
Palomas is a very small border town……..most famous for THE PINK STORE Yes, if is definitely PINK.
The store is full of beautiful pottery, blankets, jewelry, etc……and a restaurant. So, as everyone knows, I love to eat out and here was the perfect opportunity!!!!!!!
This was one of the best Mexican meals I have had in ages……so good, that we have decided to go back tomorrow for our anniversary. Yes, would you all believe that tomorrow Jim and I will be married for 36 years!!!!! WOW……..were does the time go.
